RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
GOMASPORTIKA Inc. prides itself in providing its cusotmers with products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Should there be a need to return a defective product, we are committed to providing premium support for our dealers and customers. Prior authorization and evaluation are required for all returns and warranty issues. Products should be in the same condition as when they were delivered with original packaging. Damaged, dirty, soiled items are not acceptable for return unless otherwise evaluated as having a Manufacturer's defect. Please contact your assigned GOMASPORTIKA Inc Support Team immediately and inform of the issue. All authorized returns should reference the correct GOMASPORTIKA Inc invoice number to ensure timely and accurate credit processing. For authorized dealers, all authorized returns, other than warranty, defect and delivery errors, are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee. All non-defective returns must be delivered at the dealer's expense.      

                 
WARRANTY
For the products, GOMASPORTIKA Inc warrants to a customer that they will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for the applicable warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the customer. GOMASPORTIKA Inc’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to replace the product with the same or a comparable product. The warranty does not cover certain component parts of products, such as laces.
GOMASPORTIKA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF THE ALLEGED EFFECT ORMALFUNCTION WAS CAUSED BY CUSTOMER'S OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S MISUSE, NEGLECT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION UNAUTHORIZED ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR OR MODIFY THE PRODUCT, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THE RANGE OF ITS INTENDED USE, OR BY ACCIDENT, FIRE, OR OTHER HAZARDS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR MALFUNCTIONS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY SORT OF ANCILLARY OR PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT AND GOMASPORTIKA, INC DETERMINES THAT THERE IS NO FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT ITSELF.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITYGOMASPORTIKA INC. ALSO EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED INCONTRACT FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR THE LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONSEQUENCE WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF GOMASPORTIKA INC OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALER HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT GOMASPORTIKA INC'S OPTION. THIS DISCLAIMER, OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL FAIL OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.


Saucony Warranty and Exchange Policy

SHOES 60 DAYS


Items may only be exchanges with the original receipt. Saucony’s warranty policy does not cover any damage that occurs while in storage, results from misuse of the product, improper fitting or sizing of products, or normal wear and tear. 


Damaged Saucony merchandise must be returned at the Saucony store where purchase was made. GomaSportika Inc. will exchange all damaged items that have been inspected by Saucony. Items outside the warranty period may no longer be exchanged.


Saucony will exchange merchandise in new, unused condition within 7 days of purchase.


Markdown items may not be covered by our warranty and exchange policy.
